Support Staff

Our teachers are supported bu a very talented team of support staff which are shown below; 

Office

Human Resources and School Finance are managed by our two school Business Managers; Mrs Ellis and Mrs Blackburn. They are supported by our Admin Officer Mrs Pinder.  

Learning Mentors

Mrs Clamp and Mrs McDermott are our school learning mentors. Mrs McDermott supports school with behaviour and attendance issues. Mrs Clamp supports the school in child in need and child protection. Both are part of the safeguarding team which meets on a regular basis. Our safeguarding lead is Mrs Mills, the Headteacher, who is supported by Mrs Featherston and Mrs Prendergast.  

Nursery Nurses

Mrs Clegg, Mrs Powell and Miss Platt are our nursery nurses. Mrs Powell and Miss Platt are based in our Foundation Stage whilst Mrs Clegg is based in KS1.

Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)

Our school has HLTA staff who not only support in class and work in groups or with individual children, but also provide some short term cover in staff absence and PPA. Our qualified HLTA's include Mrs Yates, Miss Sutton, Miss Elkin, Miss Smart, Mrs Butcher and Miss Wileman.  

Teaching Assistants

All areas of school are supported by well trained Teaching Assistants.

Mrs Wileman, Miss Wilcox, Miss Cusworth, Miss Matthews, Mrs Guest, Miss Potter, Miss Clegg, Mrs Lovett, Miss Gill, Mrs Utley, Miss Kollka, Mrs Covell, Mrs Cairns, Miss Goodwin, Miss Hawkins, Miss Gallagher and Miss Rowan. 

Kitchen Staff

Our school kitchen provide a wide range of nutritious breakfast and lunchtime menu's Our cook is Mrs Berry and her assistant cook is Mrs Ward. The kitchen are supported by Mrs Woodcock, Mrs Wood and Ms Beaumont.  

Lunchtime Supervisors

Our children are well supervised at lunch time by Miss Kolka, Mrs Ayres, Mrs Sinclair, Mrs Ashby, Mrs Sayles, Miss Harrison, Mrs Rudd and Mrs Willetts.

Breakfast Club

Our breakfast club us supervised by Miss Sutton, Miss Smart and Mrs Butcher. 

Site Maintenance

We have an excellent cleaning team in school which is headed up by Mr Lovely. He is responsible for the maintenance and up-keep of our internal and external school grounds. Mr Lovely is also responsible for Health and safety in school.  

Sports Coach

We have a comprehensive sports program which is headed by our sports coach Mr Springfellow. 

Forest School

Oak Forest School support Carlton with outdoor learning. Oak Forest School
